Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly help you to return your product, when it falls within the guidelines below.
To return items purchased on our web site, you may requesting a return through the email diana-agajanyan@yandex.ru. Please specify the reason of the refund, date of purchase/order number, your first/last name and address. Be aware that items are eligible for the return in 2 cases only!

Return Criteria:
1. Item was dameged and has remaining of a product 
2. If you've received the wrong item.

Missing Item or Damaged Product Fee
If the product is missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories and/or manuals, a missing item or damaged product fee may be charged.
Missing Items must be reported within 3 days of receipt of order.

Expiration date 

Nail Home USA can sell items that have 3 or less month until the expiration date all products can be used for 12 months after opening
